Proyecto a+d AVIVIA / Bosque Real , Mexico by a+d / atlanticoarqs

The AVIVIA project is a manifesto of contemporary minimalism and silent luxury. Its interior architecture is defined by a monochromatic palette of warm grays, soft-grained woods, and high-contrast marble. The total integration of spaces creates an atmosphere of serenity and absolute order.

A close-up on the workspace showing the integration of the matte black faucet with the stone countertop. The lighting highlights the texture and the flawless execution of the edges.

Wide view of the kitchen island that functions as a social connector. The open shelving at the base adds lightness to the solid volume, while the linear hood maintains a clean ceiling.

A detail of the transition between the kitchen and the hallway. A curved wall softens the geometry, accompanied by a sculptural lamp that acts as a focal point of high design.

View from the lounge area highlighting the wall of columns. The ovens are perfectly flushed within the cabinetry, demonstrating a masterful management of built-in kitchen technology.

The relationship between the gray sofa and the kitchen in the background. The visual continuity is achieved through a coherent color palette that flows from the upholstery to the stone.

Focus on the living area with a dark circular table. The contrast between the soft rug and the rigid vertical panels creates a rich sensory experience through varied materials.

A perspective from the island towards the living area. The play of light and shadow on the gray surfaces enhances the architectural depth and the luxury of the "hidden" kitchen concept.

A vertical frame showing the hallway flow. The combination of floor-to-ceiling doors and the oversized designer lamp reinforces the monumental scale of the AVIVIA residence.

Detail of the countertop with organic elements. The wood paneling in the background provides the necessary warmth to balance the coldness of the stone and the modern appliances.

A focus on the dining nook. Minimalist pendant lights hang against a wood backdrop, creating an intimate corner that exemplifies the project's sophisticated "Quiet Luxury" ethos.
